Goal: Create an effective leadership and teaching practice model that improves equitable outcomes for all.
Initiatives:
- Unpack and implement The Common Practice Model 
- Strengthen culturally responsive leadership and teaching to ensure high-quality performance 
- Refine our professional growth cycle process to ensure our strengths and talents are recognised and utilised 
Success: Staff identify where they are at, understand and action their next steps in order to grow professionally.
Curriculum
Goal: Provide an authentic and engaging curriculum that links to students’ language, culture and identity.
Initiatives:
- Unpack and implement the New Zealand Curriculum refresh Te Mātaiaho 
- Refine school wide assessment systems for gathering and analysing data to inform teaching practice and student outcomes 
- Implement a robust review process of our systems to see how we are moving toward equitable outcomes for all 
Success: Our tamariki are engaged and growing from the learning experiences we offer.
