Contact Stanmore Bay School Reporting an Absence Absences should be notified by a telephone call to the school office, directly through our Hero School App or please email the office before the start of school. If you have not contacted the school by 9:20am we will text you to check on your child’s absence. If a child is late to school then the child must report to the office.
Office Hours During term time the office is open Monday to Fridays from 8 am to 3 pm. During the last week of the holidays (between terms and at the start of the school year) the office is manned on selected days for general enquiries. Our answerphone is available 24/7. Please leave a message with your name, phone number and a brief description of your requirements and a staff member will get back to you as soon as possible. Alternatively, you can email the office.
